fix(Select): remove Icon asChild from Trigger to avoid Slot error

- Radix SelectTrigger composes its children via Slot internally
- Having both {children} and <Icon asChild> caused "Slot failed to slot onto its children"
- Use Radix default Icon instead (rendered automatically)
