feat: implement Instagram clone SocialPhoto API

- FastAPI backend with SQLite database
- JWT authentication (register, login)
- User profiles with follow/unfollow
- Posts with image upload and likes/dislikes
- Comments with likes
- Global and personalized feed
- Comprehensive pytest test suite (37 tests)
