d5c418c84f fix: responsive header with hamburger menu for mobile 
- Desktop: single row with logo, nav links, QuickAdd, New note button
- Mobile: logo + QuickAdd + hamburger icon → dropdown menu
- Improved QuickAdd sizing for small screens
